I am a Mint user And I'm trying to find new financial products to help me reach my goals But I don't know where to start looking in the Marketplace Because there are so many options and I'm not sure how they can actually benefit me Which makes me feel overwhelmed so I exit the app
Solution
The original Marketplace landing page had very sparse content and only illustrated the type of products we offered. I brought in personalization so that users could quickly and clearly see how the products could help them. By leveraging existing insights and data, I highlighted tailored and tangible benefits.
When we tested this with existing Mint customers, they said that it was clearer, more enticing, and that they would take time to explore the offerings.
