I was the lead content designer for the Turbo® Cash Account at Intuit. I was responsible for writing emails and push notifications that would delight and drive users to the Turbo app.
Turbo® Cash Account
The Turbo® Cash Account was an online debit and savings account. It aimed to provide customers with a quick way to access their money, fee-free ATMs, and a smarter savings account. We wanted to show users that banking isn't intimidating or daunting, but that it can be easy and effortless.
What I Did
Ideated each communication with a clear intent and goal in mind
Wrote in clear and concise language to make it easy to understand and actionable
Collaborated with product managers and visual designers to align on goals
Developed copy for A/B tests and participated in customer research sessions

Shutdown Messaging
The Turbo® Cash Account program was unfortunately shutdown due to COVID-19. I wrote emails and communications that informed customers of the closure and provided them with clear next steps.
