I was the lead content designer for the Turbo® Cash Account at Intuit. I was responsible for writing emails and push notifications that would delight and drive users to the Turbo app.

Turbo® Cash Account

The Turbo® Cash Account was an online debit and savings account. It aimed to provide customers with a quick way to access their money, fee-free ATMs, and a smarter savings account. We wanted to show users that banking isn't intimidating or daunting, but that it can be easy and effortless.
What I Did
  • Ideated each communication with a clear intent and goal in mind
  • Wrote in clear and concise language to make it easy to understand and actionable
  • Collaborated with product managers and visual designers to align on goals
  • Developed copy for A/B tests and participated in customer research sessions

Shutdown Messaging
The Turbo® Cash Account program was unfortunately shutdown due to COVID-19. I wrote emails and communications that informed customers of the closure and provided them with clear next steps.
